Permit me to write this message to you. I request your reply if you are interested. The Government of Nigeria, through Federal Ministry of Health, requires 1 million pieces of Basic T-shirts for their (HIV/AIDS) campaign in Nigeria, and other West African Countries. 

Consequently, the Ministry is asking for tenders from reliable suppliers and manufacturers to submit their tender for the supply of the required quantity of Basic T-shirt. I am a commission agent, and I will like to know whether you are interested to bid for the supplies to the Ministry. I have strong relationship with the workers in the Ministry and if you interested, my contacts in the Ministry will help you to win the contract if you can give me 1% commission upon your receipt of payment from the Government. 

The contract payment term is 100% upfront payment through T/T and payable before production and supplying, while the delivery period is 1 year upon receipt of the full payment.
